 من المفهوم والمتفق عليه بأن الشركة تملك الحق في رفض العمل بموجب أي تعليمات صادرة من العميل إذا بررت الظروف احتمال وجود شك معقول يتعلق بمضمون تعليمات العميل أو لأي أسباب تجارية أخرى وأن تقدير مناسبة الامتناع عن العمل بموجب تعليمات العميل تخضع لمطلق تقدير الشركة وحسب ما تقتضيه قوانين هيئة السوق المالية ذات العلاقة.

 It is understood and agreed that the company has the right to refuse to work under instruction from the client if justified circumstances the possibility of reasonable doubt regarding the content of the customer's instruction or for any other commercial reasons and estimating appropriate refrain from work under the instructions of the client subject to the absolute discretion of the company, as required by the laws of the CMA.
