على كل شخص ليس له محل إقامة حقيقي أو مختار في لبنان، قبل القيام بتنفيذ أية عملية تسليم أموال أو تقديم خدمات على الأراضي اللبنانية، ومهما بلغت قيمة رقم الأعمال الذي يحققه، أن يعين ممثلاً له مقيماً في لبنان وذلك بموافقة من الإدارة الضريبية على توفر الشروط التي تحدد بقرار من وزير المالية.

Every person has no real or residence chosen in Lebanon, before implementing any handover any money or provide services on Lebanese territory, regardless of the value of the turnover, to appoint a representative resident in Lebanon with the approval of the tax administration on conditions determined by the Minister of finance.
