وافق الطرفان وأقرا بأن كافة الاتصال

وافق الطرفان وأقرا بأن كافة الاتصالات التي تتم بين الشركة والعميل (بما في ذلك على سبيل المثال لا الحصر تعليمات العميل التي تتم عن طريق البرنامج أو غيره من الوسائل) تتمتع وتحفظ بالسرية الكاملة ويبقى واجب الحفاظ على هذه السرية سارياً حتى بعد فسخ هذه الاتفاقية.
وافق الطرفان بأن الشركة مخولة بالكشف عن المعلومات في حساب العميل في الحالات الآتية حصراً
