ويمكن التعاقد مع شركة واحدة أو اكثر

ويمكن التعاقد مع شركة واحدة أو اكثر من القطاع الخاص، من اجل إدارة حالة استرداد الضريبة المدفوعة على مشتريات الأشخاص غير المقيمين في لبنان عند نقلها من ضمن أمتعتهم الشخصية الى خارج البلاد، المنصوص عليها في الفقرة الأولى (أ) من المادة 58 من هذا القانون، وذلك مع مراعاة احكام قانون المحاسبة العمومية (المرسوم رقم 14969 تاريخ 1963/12/30 ) وتعديلاته

Results (English) 1:

A company can be contracted one or more of the private sector to manage the State tax refund paid on purchases by non-residents in Lebanon when moved among personal belongings abroad, provided for in the first paragraph of article 58 of this law, subject to the provisions of the public accounting Act (Decree 14969 history, 1963-12-30), as amended

Results (English) 2:

It can contract with one or more companies from the private sector, for the case of the tax paid for purchases of non-residents in Lebanon when moved from one part of their personal belongings out of the country, provided for in the first paragraph recovery management (a) of Article 58 of this Law, and subject to the provisions of the General Accounting Law (Decree No. 14969 date 12.30.1963), as amended

Results (English) 3:

They may contract with one or more of the private sector, in order to manage the recovery of tax paid on purchases of non residents in Lebanon at the time of transfer of among the personal items out of the country, as provided for in paragraph first (a) of Article 58 of this law, taking into account the provisions of the accounting law balance sheet (Decree No. 14969 dated 1963 / 12 / 30), as amended.
