ينبغي تقييم المستحضرات المرتجعة من قبل شخص مناسب مصرح بذلك. طبيعة و متطلبات المستحضرات المرتجعة، حالتها، التاريخ و الوقت الذي انقضى، ينبغي ان تؤخذ بالاعتبار في التقييم
