وكانت تستمر سهرة الرجال في المجلس من بعد تناول وجبة العشاء حتي الساعة العاشرة مساء ، يأوي بعدها الجميع الى فراشهم لأخذ قسط وافٍ من النوم إستعداداً للعمل في اليوم التالي . وكانت النسوة كذلك تسهر في حوش المنزل وتستقبل الضيفات من نسوة القرية حتى يقوم الرجال من مجالسهم.
