جمعية سوار للثقافة والفنون هي جمعية أهلية غير ربحية مستقلة، تأسست في شهر كانون أول لعام 2011 بمبادرة من مجموعة من المثقفين والفنانيين المقدسيين ، اللذين يهتمون بالنشاطات الثقافية والفنية والتعليمية بصورة عامة والفنون التراثية على وجه الخصوص، والمؤمنين بأهمية المجتمع المدني في خلق واقع أفضل للأطفال والشباب المقدسي الذين يواجهون تحديات عدة نتيجة لما يتعرضون له من سياسات عنصرية رامية الى تفريغ المدينة من عصبها الحي (الشباب والأطفال) وتغريبهم عن قضايا مجتمعهم العامة .

Bracelet culture and Arts Association is an independent, nonprofit civil association founded in December of 2011, at the initiative of a group of intellectuals and the artists residency, cultural and artistic activities, care and education in General and traditional arts in particular, believers in the importance of civil society to create a better reality for children and Youth Conclave who face many challenges as a result of racist policies aimed at the city dump anchored neighborhood (youth and children) and alienation from the General society issues.
