قررت لجنة المراجعة التوصية برفع القوائم المالية لمجلس الإدارة للموافقة عليها وذلك التزاماً بأحكام المادة 14 من لائحة حوكمة الشركات الصادرة عن هيئة السوق المالية، وإن كان ذلك من خلال قرار بالتمرير على أعضاء مجلس الإدارة.

قررت لجنة المراجعة بالإجماع التوصية بترشيح عضو إضافي يملك خبرة مالية ومحاسبية في مجال التأمين ليتم تعيينه في لجنة المراجعة.

Results (English) 1:

The Audit Committee has decided to recommend the lifting of the financial statements to the Board of Directors for approval and compliance with the provisions of article 14 of the rules of corporate governance issued by the financial market authority, albeit through resolution slider on the Board members.The Audit Committee unanimously decided to recommend the nomination of additional member financial and accounting experience in the insurance field is set in the Review Committee.
