(4) تملك أي نشاط اقتصادي مدر للدخل غير محظور شرعاً لغايات التصكيك وإصدار صكوك التمويل الإسلامي، وإدارة مثل هذا النشاط ومتابعة شؤونه والتصرف به بكافة أشكال التصرف، وتوزيع العائد على حملة صكوك التمويل الإسلامي.
