فليس دور الدعاة مقصوراً على الدعوة الى الصلاة والصيام والزكاة والحج وغير ذلك من التكاليف الدينية، والاحكام الشرعية فحسب، بل يمتد هذا الدور ليشمل كل نواحي الحياة بما فيها السياسات السكانية وقضايا النوع والصحة الانجابية.
