يقر "المستأجر" أنه في حالة مخالفته أي حكم من أحكام هذا العقد، وما ورد في الأنظمة واللوائح المشار لها في المادة (26) السادسة والعشرون من هذا العقد، فإنه ستطبق بحقه العقوبات الواردة في هذا العقد، والعقوبات الواردة في لائحة المخالفات والجزاءات المعتمدة من "مدن" وما يطرأ عليها من تعديل بما يتناسب ونوع المخالفة بالاستناد إلى النصوص النظامية المتبعة لدى "مدن" في ذلك، مع حق "مدن" في اللجوء إلى تطبيق عقوبات أشد تنص عليها أنظمة أخرى في المملكة.
