تكون صلاحية توقيع الجزاءات المنصوص عليها في هذه اللائحة من قبل (صاحب الصلاحية) بالمنشأة أو من يفوضه ويجوز له استبدال الجزاء المقرر لأية مخالفة في حالة ارتكابها للمرة الأولى بجزاء أخف.

The power of sanctions provided for in this regulation by (the authority) or his representative, may replace the penalty decision for any offense if committed for the first time with a lighter penalty.

Be sanctions provided for in this Regulation by the authority (owner permission) facility or his authorized representative and may replace the penalty due to any irregularity in the case committed for the first time a lighter sanction.

Results (English) 3:

The power to impose the penalties prescribed by these regulations by the power plant or whoever it may replace the decision for any irregularity in the case for the first time commit lighter sanction.
