سيتم اصدار الأسهم المجانية وذلك برسملة مبلغ قدره 468 مليون ريال سعودي من الأرباح المبقاة و532 مليون ريال سعودي من الاحتياطي النظامي. وبالتالي فقد أصبح عدد الأسهم القائمة بعد إصدار الأسهم المجانية 600 مليون سهم. تخضع توصية مجلس الإدارة بشأن إصدار سهم مجاني واحد لكل خمسة أسهم مملوكة لموافقه الجمعية العمومية.

Results (English) 1:

Shares will be issued in an amount capitalized 468 million riyals from earnings and SR 532 million of statutory reserves. Thus, the number of outstanding shares after issuing shares 600 million shares. Under the recommendation of the Board of Directors concerning the issuance of one free share for every five shares owned by the approval of the General Assembly.

Results (English) 2:

Bonus shares will be issued and that the capitalization of $ 468 million Saudi riyals from retained earnings and 532 million Saudi riyals from the statutory reserve. And thus the number of shares outstanding has become after the bonus share issuance of 600 million shares. The recommendation of the Board of Directors subject to the issuance of one bonus share for every five shares owned by the approval of the General Assembly.

Stock will be issued free of retained earnings capitalization of an amount of SAR 468000000, SAR 532000000 of the statutory reserve. Thus the number of outstanding shares after the release of the free shares 600000000 shares. Under the recommendation of the board, on the issue of shares, one for each of five free shares are owned by Lmwafqh AGM.
