كما اعتمد مجلس إدارة البنك مجموعة شاملة من اللوائح والسياسات الخاصة بالحوكمة والتي تتفق مع ما ورد بنظام الشركات ولائحة حوكمة الشركات الصادرة من هيئة السوق المالية والمبادئ العامة لحوكمة البنوك الصادر من مؤسسة النقد وكذلك النظام الاساسي للبنك، ويقوم المجلس بمتابعة الادارة التنفيذية للتأكد من التزامها بتطبيق جميع ما نص عليه بتلك اللوائح والسياسات.
