2 تم الاتفاق بين الطرفين على بيع حكومة المملكة الأردنية الهاشمية الأصول الموصوفة أعلاه، إلى الشركة الأردنية للصكوك الإسلامية لتمويل المشاريع الحكومية ذات الغرض الخاص (مساهمة خاصة محدودة)، مقابل ثمن إجمالي مقداره (34000000) أربعة وثلاثون مليون دينار أردني فقط لا غير ، حيث قام البائع بنقل ملكية الأصول المذكورة إلى المشتري، وتسجيلها رسمياً باسم المشتري، لدى دائرة الأراضي والمساحة المختصة في المملكة الأردنية الهاشمية بتاريخ 24/4/2016 .
