36- أقرت لجنتا الإدارة والعدل وحقوق الانسان في مجلس النواب بتاريخ 8/4/2014 مشروع قانون إنشاء الهيئة الوطنية المستقلة لحقوق الانسان، وتمّ إحالة إقتراح القانون الى الهيئة العامة لمجلس النواب من أجل الإقرار الرسمي.
