وليكن معلوما ان اية مطالبة تنشأ عن هذة الكفالة يجب ان تقدم خطيا من الجهة الصادرة اليها وان نتسلمها في او قبل تاريخ الاستحقاق المبين أعلاه ولا يتحمل البنك اية مسؤولية كانت بدفع قيمة هذة الكفالة أو أي جزء منها بعد انقضاء تاريخ الاستحقاق المذكور اعلاه
