إن جميع الحركات الخاصة بالذمم الدائنة سيتم تسجيلها بناء على مستندات معتمدة مثل فاتورة المورد أو تقرير الاستلام؛ بحيث يتم تدعيمها بمستندات أخرى مثل طلب الشراء، وأمر الشراء ........إلخ.
