و بسؤال اللجنة كل من المدعي وكالة و وكيلي الشركة المدعى عليها ان كان لديهما ما يودان اضافته في هذه الجلسة، فأجابا بالنفي، بذلك اختتم أطراف الدعوى أقوالهم في هذه الجلسة، و قررت اللجنة امهال المدعي الوكالة لمدة اسبوع من تاريخ هذه الجلسة لتزويدها بما طلب منه و ما وعد بتقديمه في هذه اللجنة، كما امهلت وكيلي المدعي عليها اسبوعين من تاريخ ورود اجابة المدعي وكالة على استفسارات اللجنة،و على ان يزود وكيلا المدعي عليها بما يرد من المدعي الوكالة، و بذلك اختتمت الجلسة
