يخضع الموظف لفترة تجربة لمدة لا تزي

يخضع الموظف لفترة تجربة لمدة لا تزيد عن 90 يوماً ويجوز باتفاق مكتوب بين الموظف والشركة تمديد فترة التجربة إلى غاية 180 يوماً ولا تدخل في حساب فترة التجربة العطل الرسمية والإجازة المرضية.
