عطفاً على النجاح الكبير لمسار الناشئة في نسخته الأولى عام 2018، تنطلق النسخة الثانية من البرنامج بصورة أوسع وبنظرة أشمل، حيث تفتح المجال أمام 15,000 طالب وطالبة من الفئة العمرية ما بين 15 – 17 عاماً، ومن جميع مدارس الثانوية – الحكومية منها والخاصة - في مختلف محافظات السلطنة، للمشاركة في هذا البرنامج الغني الذي يتمحور حول تمكين جيل الناشئة بالأدوات المعرفية اللازمة ليكونوا جزءاً فاعلاً في الثورة الصناعية الرابعة
