إذا تبين أن الطرف الثاني قدم معلومات أو بيانات غير صحيحة أو مزورة ذات تأثير أو إذا أخل بأي من الالتزامات المترتبة عليه بموجب هذا العقد فللطرف الأول الحق في مطالبة الطرف الثاني بكل ما ترتب على ذلك من أضرار بالإضافة إلى جميع التكاليف والمصروفات التي تكبدها الطرف الأول من أتعاب محاماة ومراجعة وغيرها من المصروفات التي تكبدها الطرف الأول بسبب الطرف الثاني
