إذا حضر العامل لمزاولة عمله في الفت

إذا حضر العامل لمزاولة عمله في الفترة اليومية التي يلزمه بها عقد العمل أو أعلن انه مستعد لمزاولة عمله في هذه الفترة ولم يمنعه عن العمل إلا سبب راجع إلى صاحب العمل كان له الحق في أجر المدة التي لا يؤدي فيها العمل .

If the worker attended to practice in the daily work period that he have the employment contract or announced he was ready to carry out his work in this period did not prevent him from work only reason to see the employer had a right to wage period in which the work does not lead.

Results (English) 3:

If attended to his work to the daily period required by the employment contract or announced that he is ready for his work in this period only reason prohibited him from working. Because the employer has the right to payment term and would not work.
