يتكون التمويل من البيع بالآجل والبيع بالتقسيط والمشاركة والإجارة الصادرة أو المشتراه من قبل المجموعة ، ويتم في الأصل إثباتها بالقيمة العادلة متضمنة مصاريف الإقتناء وتقاس لاحقاً بالتكلفة ناقصا أي مبالغ مشطوبة ومخصص الانخفاض في القيمة، إن وجد.
