إن صحة ودقة ما ورد في هذه المادة (8) يعتبر أساساً لقبول المؤجر لإبرام هذا العقد، وذلك تحت طائلة قيام المؤجر بإنهاء هذا العقد والمطالبة بكافة الأضرار أو أي عطل وضرر بموجب القانون و/أو الاتفاق.
