 إذا قام العميل بسحب أو إلغاء أو تعديل أي تعليمات قام بإدخالها في البرنامج فإن الشركة ستبذل جهداً معقولاً لتنفيذ ذلك وفقاً لما هو متاح في حينها من سرعة يتيحها البرنامج .ويدرك العميل ويوافق على أن الشركة لن تكون مسئولهً عن أي خسارة تنتج عن تعذر التقيد بتلك التعليمات المعدلة. وقد تنازل العميل عن أي حق بالمطالبة بالتعويض عن أي خسارة أو مصاريف تنتج عن عدم قدرة الشركة على تنفيذ تلك التعليمات.
