تمارس لجان مجلس الإدارة مهامها ومسئولياتها بناء على وثائق حوكمة معتمدة من قبل مجلس الإدارة تحدد صلاحيتها وإجراءات عملها، تم تشكيل هذه اللجان لفترة ثلاث سنوات مع تشكيل مجلس الإدارة تبدأ اعتباراً من تاريخ 07/06/1434هـ الموافق 17/04/2013م وتنتهي بتاريخ 09/07/1437هـ الموافق 16/04/2016م.
