وقد تم تدقيقنا وفقاً لمعيار تدقيق التأكيدات الصادر عن الهيئة السعودية للمحاسبين القانونيين وشمل تدقيقنا الإجراءات التي رأينا ضرورتها لتكوين درجة معقولة من الاقتناع تمككنا من التوصل لنتيجة التدقيق المحدود الذي قمنا به. إن المراجعة المحدودة أقل في نطاقها بدرجة كبيرة عن الفحص الاختباري الذي يهدف إلى إبداء الرأي في التقرير المقدًم من سعادة رئيس مجلس إدارة الشركة إلى الجمعية العمومية العادية عن الأعمال والعقود التي تم القيام بها بالنيابة عن الشركة والتي يكون لأحد أعضاء مجلس الإدارة مصلحة شخصية فيها وبناءً على ذلك نحن لا نبدي مثل هذا الرأي

Our audit has been in accordance with standard audit confirmations issued by Saudi Organization for certified public accountants and our audit included actions seen necessary to configure a reasonable conviction tmckna of reach as a result of the limited audit done. The review is limited in scope to lower significantly the test examination, which aims to give its opinion on the report of the Chairman of the Board of Directors to the ordinary General Assembly acts and contracts undertaken on behalf of the company and is a member of the Board of Directors of personal interest and accordingly we do not show such an opinion
