• عند فقدان أي سجل او مستند مالي سواء اثناء الاستخدام او الحفظ يجب ابلاغ المدير المالي بذلك بمذكرة تحدد ظروف واقعة الفقدان ليقوم المدير المالي بعرض الامر على الأمين المالي والإداري لاستحصال موافقة الأمين العام لأحاله الموضوع الى لجنة تحقيقه مختصة للوقوف على ملابسات الموضوع وتحديد المسؤول عن الفقدان .
