تلتزم الشركة المصدرة بمبادئ الشريعة الإسلامية وأحكامها، ولهذه الغاية، تلتزم الشركة المصدرة بتزويد هيئة الأوراق المالية وهيئة الرقابة الشرعية المركزية بتقارير سنوية ونصف سنوية أو حسب طلب هيئة الرقابة الشرعية المركزية، صادرة عن المستشار الشرعي المعتمد من الشركة المصدرة؛ تبين مدى استمرار توافق التعامل في صكوك التمويل الإسلامي مع مبادئ الشريعة الإسلامية وأحكامها، وتكون هذه التقارير متوفرة لدى السادة هيئة الأوراق المالية لاطلاع مالكي الصكوك المعروضة.

Results (English) 1:

The issuing company is committed to the principles of Islamic law and its provisions, and to this end, the company will provide securities and Central Shariah Committee annual reports and half yearly or as requested by the Shari'ah, issued by the exporting company certified forensic Adviser; showing the continuing consensus in Islamic financing instruments dealing with Islamic principles and provisions, and these reports will be available to gentlemen of the stock to inform owners of the instruments on display.
