التثقيف الصحي الثاني: وهو يتوجه الى الاشخاص الذين لديهم عوامل خطورة ولكنهم لم يصابوا بالمشكلة الصحية والتثقيف هنا بهدف منع ذلك وعلى سبيل المثال تثقيف المدخنين بالاقلاع عنه لكي لا يتسبب لهم بامراض مثل سرطان الرئه او غيره من الامراض
