(5) يكون للشركة المصدرة رفض الاكتتا

(5) يكون للشركة المصدرة رفض الاكتتاب دون إبداء أي أسباب بإرادتها المنفردة، أو تخفيض عدد الصكوك المكتتب بها كلياً أو جزئياً في حال عدم تمكنها من قبض قيمة الاكتتاب أو لأي سبب آخر، ودون تحملها أي مسؤولية مهما كانت و/أو أي عطل وضرر، ويعتبر توقيع المكتتب على طلب الاكتتاب إقراراً وموافقة منه على كافة ما تقدم.

(5) The issuing company IPO refused without giving any reasons in its sole discretion, or reduce the number of instruments subscribed fully or partially in the event of not being able to catch the IPO value, or for any other reason, and without bear any liability whatsoever and / or any other damages, the underwriter sign a subscription request acknowledgment and approval of it on all of the above.

(5) the IPO issuing company rejected without any explanation, unilaterally, in whole or in part or to reduce the number of subscriber instruments if they are unable to of receivable premium subscription or for any other reason, and bear any responsibility whatsoever for any damages and / or, the signature of the subscriber to the subscription request declaration and consent to all of the above.
