والعاملة التي استفادت من إجازة وضع أجر كامل لا يحق لها المطالبة بأجر الإجازة السنوية العادية عن نفس السنة ، ويدفع لها نصف أجر الإجازة السنوية إذا كانت قد استفادت في تلك السنة من إجازة وضع بنصف الأجر .
