اشار وكيل المدعين إلى ان موكليه طلبوا الايضاح عن كيفية احتساب الارباح المقدمة لهم و تم تزويدهم فقط بجدول احتساب الارباح، و هذا يخالف الواقع حيث تمت دعوتهم إلى مقر الشركة لإيضاح جميع التفاصيل، و لم يحضر إلا السيد مشعل الرواف و تمت الاشارة إلى هذه النقطة في خطابنا اعلاه و المرسل إلى لجنة الفصل في منازعات الاوراق المالية
