ثاني عشر:
يجوز لشريك الانسحاب من الشركة عن طريق التنازل بعض أو بدون عوض للشركة ، أو للشركاء أو للغيرالمرخص لهم بمزاولة المهنة وفقاً للشروط الآتية
مع مراعاة أنه إذا كان التنازل للغير فيشترط موافقة باقي الشركاء ، أو إخطار الشركة والشركاء عن طريق المدير بشروط التنازل طبقاً لأحكام المادة التاسعة عشر من نظام الشركات المهنية .
