8.1 وضح الأستاذ عمر الهوشان بأنه يتم تزويد أعضاء مجلس الإدارة بتغطية تأمينية للأخطار المهنية، ووضح رغبته بتزويد أعضاء لجنة المراجعة بنفس الغطاء التأميني.

8.2 ناقش أعضاء لجنة المراجعة انه من المهم وجود عضو ضمن اللجنة يكون لديه خبرة مالية ومحاسبية لها صلة بالتأمين. عليه قررت لجنة المراجعة التوصية بترشيح عضو إضافي ليتم تعيينه في اللجنة يملك خبرة في مجال التأمين.

قررت لجنة المراجعة بالإجماع التوصية بترشيح عضو إضافي يملك خبرة مالية ومحاسبية في مجال التأمين ليتم تعيينه في لجنة المراجعة.
