و إذا تداخلت أيام هذه الإجازات مع الراحة الأسبوعية يعوض العامل عنها بما يعادلها قبل أيام تلك الإجازات أو بعدها. أما إذا تداخلت أيام إجازة أحد العيدين مع إجازة اليوم الوطني فلا يعوض العامل عنه.
