وافق الطرف الثاني على منح الطرف الأول الحق في إدراج البيانات الائتمانية للطرف الثاني لدى شركة أو أكثر من الشركات المرخص لها بجمع المعلومات الائتمانية وتحديث تلك المعلومات طوال فترة التعامل مع الطرف الثاني
