إذا وقع العامل على إقرار باستلامه جميع حقوقه, وأنه ليس له الحق في مطالبة صاحب العمل بأي مطالبة في الحاضر أو المستقبل, ومع عدم تقديم ما يلزم صاحب العمل بأي تعويض, فإنه يتقرر رد هذه المطالبة
