3. التوصية إلى جمعية الشركاء بتوزيع أو عدم توزيع أرباح الشركة والشركات التي تكون الشركة طرفًا فيها وذلك بعد اعتماد الميزانية من جمعية الشركاء.
4. الاطلاع ومتابعة سير عمل المدراء التنفيذين ومدراء الفروع والعاملين بالشركة والشركات التي تكون الشركة طرفًا فيها.
5. اعتماد قرارات افتتاح فروع الشركة والشركات التي تكون الشركة طرفًا فيها بعد موافقة اللجنة التنفيذية على الميزانية التشغيلية المقترحة من الرئيس التنفيذي.
6. اعتماد التوسع الجغرافي والتوسع في أنشطة الشركة والشركات التي تكون الشركة طرفًا فيها بعد موافقة اللجنة التنفيذية على الميزانية التشغيلية المقترحة من الرئيس التنفيذي.
