7.1 بناءاً على طلب المجلس خلال الإجتماع السابق، فقد أفاد رئيس مجلس الإدارة الشيخ صالح الصقري بأن هذا البند يأتي إستمراراً لمتابعة تطورات أرصدة الحسابات العالقة مع الأطراف ذات العلاقة، وبدورهم أكّد جميع الأعضاء الحضور على إطلاعهم على البيان المرسل لهم قبيل عقد هذا الإجتماع، والذي يوضح فيه حالة تلك الأرصدة بشكل ربع سنوي وصولاً لأحجامها كما تظهر بتاريخ 31/07/2016م.
7.2 تمت دعوة المدير المالي الأستاذ وحيد أمون لحضور الإجتماع وشرح تفاصيل هذه المبالغ المستحقة مع الأطراف ذات العلاقة والتطورات التي طرأت عليها مؤخراً، كما أجاب على إستفسار الأستاذ عبدالملك الصانع بمدى تأثيرها على الملاءة المالية للشركة، وأن الإجراء النظامي بشأن أي بوليصة تأمين يكون من خلال الدفع مقدماً لكامل قيمتها.
7.3 أكّد أعضاء مجلس الإدارة المعنيين على إلتزامهم بتسوية حساباتهم، كما اكّد المجلس على وجوب قيام الإدارة المالية بالمتابعة المستمرة مع جميع الأطراف ذات العلاقة لحين التأكد من التسوية الفورية لتك الحسابات.
