لذا إعتمدت القاعدة الاثني عشرية لصرف الإعتمادات إستناداً الى موازنة العام 2005 وسنداً الى المادة 60 البند رقم 1 المعدلة وفقاً للقانون رقم 4/80 تاريخ 7/4/1980 والقانون رقم 42/88 تاريخ 23/6/1988 والذي ينص على ما يلي

So it relied Qaeda Twelver for the disbursement of credits based on the 2005 budget and a bond to article 60, item # 1 amended pursuant to Law No. 4/80 Date of 07/04/1980 and Law No. 42/88 Date of 06/23/1988, which reads as follows
