یجوز للطرف الأول وبأخذ موافقة الطرف

یجوز للطرف الأول وبأخذ موافقة الطرف الثاني تعدیل نطاق العقد قبل أو اثناء تنفیذه أو عند تمدید مدة تنفیذه بالزیادة أو النقصان
بنفس الاسعار على ان لا تزید قیمتها عن ( 30 %) من المبلغ الاجمالي المتعاقد علیه.
