وفي حالة عدم تسوية أي منازعات حول حقوق مالكي صكوك يملكون ما لا يقل عن ثلث قيمة الصكوك المكتتب بها لمدة تزيد عن (90) يوماً من تاريخ حصول مثل هذه النزاعات، يتم الفصل في هذه النزاعات بواسطة المحاكم الأردنية المختصة والتي يكون لها الاختصاص الحصري للفصل في النزاعات المشار إليها.
