تتعلق مخاطر السوق بمعدلات هوامش الربح ،ومنحنى العائد، والأسعار، حيث تنشأ مخاطر السوق نتيجة التغيرات في الأسعار سواء أسعار المرابحة أو منحنى العائد ،او الصرف الأجنبي أو السلع أو الأسهم ، ولا يوجد لدى البنك أي تعرضات لمخاطر السوق ناتجة لغرض المتاجرة Trading Book)) فيما عدا تعرضات البنك لسعر الصرف الأجنبي .
