إذا وافقت الادارة على طلب الاسترجاع

إذا وافقت الادارة على طلب الاسترجاع، كلياً او جزئياً، عليها ان تعيد للخاضع للضريبة المبلغ المستحق، والا توجبت على المبلغ غير المدفوع فائدة بمعدل 9% بعد انقضاء اربعة اشهر على تقديم الطلب.

If you agree with the administration on retrieval request, in whole or in part, it shall return for the taxable amount owed, otherwise Tojpt on the amount of unpaid interest at the rate of 9% after the expiry of four months to submit the application.

If the management request of retrieval, in whole or in part, to return the Llkhad taxable amount, or the amount outstanding Twjbt utility rate of 9% for months after the application.
