تقرير استمرارية أعمال تقنية المعلومات والحماية من الكوارث:

8.3.1 تم استدعاء الأستاذ هيثم السلمي من إدارة التدقيق الداخلي وقام بتقديم تقرير استمرارية أعمال تقنية المعلومات والحماية من الكوارث. تضمن التقرير عشرة أمور حرجة وسبعة عالية الخطر وستة أمور متوسطة. تناول النقاش الأمور الحرجة والتي تضمنت النقاط التالية:
• عدم وجود عقد، اتفاقية مستوى خدمة أو اتفاقية سرية بين شركتي سكاي باند وميدغلف
• عدم وجود وثيقة توضح طلبات الادارات ووثيقة توضح تحليل التأثير على أعمال الادارات المختلفة في ميدغلف
• عدم وجود إطار تنظيمي أو تنظيم إداري لوحدة استمرارية أعمال تقنية المعلومات

وأفاد الأستاذ السلمي بأنه كان هناك تواصل مع مدير إدارة تقنية المعلومات لمتابعة الأمور الموضحة في التقرير لكن وبعد استقالته علينا معرفة من المسؤول لنتمكن من المتابعة معه. أضاف الأستاذ البابطين بأنه يجب تعين مدير مكلف لعدم مواجهة صعوبات في المتابعة مع الإدارة.
