يقوم محاسب الموردين بعد الانتهاء من صرف الدفعة والتأكد من الحصول على المستندات التى تثبت ان المورد تم استلامة الدفعة يقوم بإدخال الدفعة على النظام للقيام بتحديث حساب المورد

After completing the payment, the supplier accountant will make sure that the documents that prove that the supplier received the payment will enter the payment into the system to update the supplier's account.

After the payment is completed, the accountant shall confirm the received documents to prove that the supplier has received the batch input order to update the supplier account
