يعمل مجلس الادارة بالبنك وفقاً للائحة حوكمة الشركات الصادرة من هيئة السوق المالية بتاريخ 12-11-2006م المعدلة بقرار مجلس هيئة السوق المالية بتاريخ 16-3-2010م، وكذلك جميع ما نص عليه بالمبادئ العامة لحكومة البنوك والصادر من مؤسسة النقد العربي السعودي بتاريخ مارس 0142م التحديث الاول، بالإضافة إلى وثائق الحوكمة المؤسسية لبنك البلاد وملحقه وسياساته، وقد التزم البنك بتطبيق بنود لائحة حوكمه الشركات الصادرة من هيئة السوق المالية باستثناء البنود التالية :

The Governing Council of the Bank according to the regulation of corporate governance issued by the CMA on 12-11-2006 amended by CMA Council resolution on 16-3-2010, as well as all stipulated general principles of Government banks and issued by SAMA dated March 0142 pm first update, in addition to the Bank's corporate governance documents and policies, the Bank has committed itself to apply corporate governance regulations issued by the financial market authority, except for the following items :
