1. عملية التواصل الفعالة بكافة اشكالها ما بين الدوائر من شانه ان يعزز تطبيقات النشاطات وخاصة المرتبطة بالمشروع، الا ان تفاوت التواصل ومحدوديتة بعض الاحيان ما بين البرامج المطبق فيها المشروع (تحديدا برنامج الصحة المجتمعية) وفروع الجمعية ودمجهم بالتخطيط والمعرفة بالمشروع واهدافه وطبيعة عمل وصلاحيات لجان التوعية المجتمعية التي يفترض ان تكون مرجعيتها الفروع، ساهم في ضعف دعم لجان التوعية المجتمعية ومحاولة السيطرة عليها والمحافظة على انماط ادارية بيروقراطية في العمل(على مستوى الفروع) .
